This month Wednesday Culture Club (WCC) will be hosting Irena and Ana Simonutti, on 14th of November at 18h on the 4th floor in the gala “red” auditorium.
We invite all our in and outpatients, as well as employees of the Institute to come and enjoy in the concert.
Irena and Ana Simonuti graduated at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade (Irena violin, in the class of Prof. Dejan Mihailović, Ana piano, in the class of Prof. Jokut Mihailović), as well as a two-year specialization in chamber music with prof. Olivera Djurdjevic.
As soloists and members of the Trio Simonuti, they made more than two thousand appearances. They performed in all musical centers of Serbia, as well as in Germany, Hungary, China, Mongolia, Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina … They performed with RTS orchestras, VJ “Stanislav Binički”, Peking Symphony Orchestra Guolin-China, Mongolian State Philharmonic Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra from Niš and others with directors: Ren Huijie (China), Namsraijav Butenbayar (Mongolia), Stanko Jovanovic, Vojislav Simic, Pavle Medakovic, Zoran Andric and others.
They are also known as performers of contemporary music, and they also recorded for many foreign televisions (Chinese, Mongolian, Slovenian, Bulgarian, French, Hungarian TV …). In trio and as soloists with the orchestra, they recorded several compact discs and audio cassettes for PGP RTS.
They have performed at many festivals in the country and abroad (NOMUS, BELEF, Kalemegdan Sutoni, Mokranjac Days, Marble and Sounds …). At the International Festival “Golden Autumn” in Mongolia (as soloists and members of the Trio Simonuti) winners received the first prize of the audience and the first prize of the Association of Composers of Mongolia.
Outpatients are required to leave their health card at the counter and to specify that they are going to the Wednesday Culture Club.
