As a pert of our Wednesday Culture Club (WCC) a concert of Sveti Sava Temple will be held on the 13th of February at 18h on the 4th floor in the gala “red” auditorium.

We invite all our in and outpatients, as well as employees of the Institute to come and enjoy the performance.

Choir of St. Sava Temple was established in August 2018. The purpose of establishing choir was participation in the spiritual traditions in the temples of the Serbian Orthodox Churchеs as well as the presentation of spiritual and secular music from the Middle Ages until today’s concert podiums at home and abroad. The ensemble consists of students of secondary music schools, students of the Faculty of Music, students of the Faculty of Theology, bachelor and master musicians.

Choir conductor is Dr. Katarina Stankovic. She graduated from the Department of Conducting Faculty of Arts in Prishtina in the class of Professor John Šajnovć. She received her PhD from the Academy of Arts Slobomir P University in Bijeljina in the class of professor Darinka Matic Marovic. Katarina Stankovic works as an associate professor at the Faculty of Philology and Arts, University of Kragujevac. She conducts Choral Society Mokranjac and Choir Sveti Sava Temple. In addition to artistic and educational activities she participates in national and international scientific meetings. She is the author of a monograph Conductor Vojislav Ilic – life and work. The winner of the Republican awards and awards of national importance.

Outpatients are required to leave their health card at the counter and to specify that they are going to the Wednesday Culture Club.
